Thank you for your interest in renting space at Calvary Burlington. Please note that Calvary Burlington is not able to accommodate any ongoing  or recurring rentals, i.e. nursery schools, fitness groups, community groups, summer camps, March Break camps, theatre groups, choirs, etc. Rentals are for single-date events only.

Additional information on rentals:
  • A certificate of liability insurance is required for all rentals which you are required to obtain and submit. This may have a cost to it, and it is over and above the cost of renting the space at Calvary Burlington.
  • No rentals after 5:00 pm on Saturday, and no rentals on Sundays or holidays.
  • The building is not available to rent for weddings unless the couple has attended Calvary Burlington in-person regularly (minimum of one service per month) for 12 months prior to the wedding date, and then the booking is based on availability.
  • Rentals can't be used to generate income; i.e. no sellers, businesses (home-based or otherwise). 
  • Calvary has a well-stocked kitchen for general use, but it is not a commercial kitchen. For that reason we are not able to rent space to chefs or home-based cooks who want to sell their goods.

Once we receive your request we will be in touch about whether the space is available and to provide the necessary paperwork to sign and submit. Note that rentals are only finalized once we have received your paperwork, insurance certificate, and payment. You will receive back a copy of the signed paperwork to confirm that the rental is finalized. 

Costs Involved
  • Renters will need to provide a certificate of insurance as outlined above. This cost is over and above the cost of renting our facilities.
  • Cost for  the rental depends on the number of people and the rooms you are requesting, but most rentals are $200-$350, including custodial services and access to the space to set-up.  We can confirm all costs with you once we check that the date is available.

2. A couple must attend Calvary in-person for a minimum of one year (minimum one service per month) before booking a wedding.

Approximate Costs (to be finalized at signing of agreement)

  • Custodial/Administration: $100 Required. Applies to all indoor rentals.
  • Main Level Auditorium (seats 150): $200
  • Main Level Cafe Area (chairs and seating for 25; no access to kitchen): $100
  • Lower Auditorium**: $100
  • Kitchen**: $60
  • Individual classrooms**: $60 each
  • Parking Lot and/or green space (no access to building): $200 for the day. No overnight parking; vehicles must leave the parking lot by 11:59 pm on the day of the rental.
  • Sound and video Person (if needed): $75 each paid directly to sound technician(s). Required if using Calvary's sound and video equipment.
  • Instrumentalist (if needed): $100 per musician, paid directly to the musician.
