Digital Bulletin

Calvary Burlington is a place where people of all ages and backgrounds meet for worship, teaching, and to grow in our faith. Our hope is that you would find a place where people can see and experience the love of Jesus. That Calvary would be a church where people can be engaged in community, be evangelized through solid biblical teaching, respond to the Gospel and be established in the faith, and then be equipped to help others take a step to the right toward spiritual maturity. It's our prayer that in everything we do, we are living out our calling to be disciples who make disciples.

If you are looking to explore who Calvary is and what we believe, you may also want to check out our Events page, What We Believe, and our Groups section. If you have any questions , don't hesitate to reach out via text (289-803-3530) or email (hello@calvaryburlington.ca)

WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING AT CALVARY BURLINGTON?

news for this Sunday -- January 19, 2025

Join us this Sunday as we welcome Joel Barker.  Joel will be speaking out of the Book of Numbers -- it will be a great time together.

  • January 19: Remember what God has Done (Numbers 9:1-14)

Joel is a Professor of Biblical Studies at Heritage College and Seminary. He is currently working on a commentary on Haggai and Zechariah. He has been married to Karen for nearly 20 years and they have three children: Abi (16), Hannah (13), and Isaac (11). The family attends Philpott Memorial Church in Hamilton, which has been the home church of Karen’s family for four generations.

Coffee and tea are served starting at 9:30 am. Bring a reusable mug from home or use a paper cup. Either way, it's a comforting way to start the day.

We have KidsMin for children newborn up to grade 5-- classrooms open at 9:50 am. Get here early so and your kids don't miss a moment.

Welcome Peter Bruin

We are pleased to welcome Peter Bruin as Worship Director for Calvary Burlington. Peter is a graduate of Heritage College and Seminary and will begin to lead the ministry at the end of January. When you see Peter, be sure to say hello and introduce yourself!

This is a hands-on ministry that uses people who want to be actively involved.  SET members might do light maintenance projects, plant flowers, run games for kids’ events, bake or cook, help with event set-up or take-down… the possibilities are plentiful!

If you’d like to get involved, sign up and we’ll be in touch.

Become a church member

Church membership is an important part of growing as a believer. While anyone is welcome to attend a service and get involved in many capacities, church membership is a formal commitment to belong to the church and to grow in community as you worship and serve together. Find out more online, or ask for a membership packet with all the details.
