Imagine the Creator of the universe sitting in the temple, humbly learning and listening. In this glimpse of Jesus’ early life, we see a boy already surrendered to the Father’s will. But what does surrender mean for us? As we rewind through Jesus’ story, this week’s message from Luke 2:41-52 shows how even as a child, Jesus’ purpose pointed to the ultimate hope and wonder of Christmas.
