Serve in Kids Ministry &
student ministry

at Calvary Burlington

Interested in serving with kids ministry or student ministry at Calvary Burlington?

It is our goal to partner with the parents and caregivers to help each child and student understand what it means to love God, love people and serve the world.
We value our kids and the way that they fit seamlessly into the fabric of the church family.  CB Kids takes place during the 10:00 am service for children newborn to grade 5. Student Ministry primarily happens midweek on a Wednesday evening.

Volunteers in our Kids and Student ministries help to teach fundamental truth about God, sin, forgiveness, and how to live out our faith.  Does that sound scary to you? Please don't be intimidated! You don't have to have all the answers to the big questions about life and faith. Just a willingness to help disciple the kids and demonstrating the love of the Saviour.

If you're interested in coming alongside of our kids and helping the to understand who Jesus is and how He makes a difference, fill out one of the forms below.

For general questions about serving in Kids Min or with our students, please contact Mike Sanders.

What's a 'ministry try'?

Not sure if you're ready to make the leap into Kids Ministry or Student Ministry?  We want you to catch the excitement of the Sunday morning experience with our children, or the midweek experience with our students. To help you, we invite you to try out one or more classes to see if it is a good fit for you. We call it a Ministry Try – you come out for a Sunday morning or a Wednesday evening and hang out to see if it's something you might want to do. If you decide that it's not for you, that's okay! Zero pressure and no strings attached. Talk to Mike Sanders and give the Ministry Try a try! You just might like it!
